Delivery:
On the arrivel day the check in time is between 16-18 o‘clock. If the guests are coming later than 18 o'clock, they have to phone us at telephone no. +354 898 9254 or +354 895 6254. The departure day the check out time is before 12 o’clock.
Validity of prices:
All rates quoted or shown in our tariffs are based on current purchasing prices in Iceland and with all taxes. Prices are in EURO. Jaðar reserves the right to change prices already quoted or published in our price lists without notice in the event of currency fluctuation, government taxes, or due to any other cost increases that are outside our control. Prices are guaranteed after full payment has been made.
Cancellations:
All cancellations should be in writing and be notified as soon as possible to jadar@landlinur.is

Liability:
Jaðar is not responsible for losses in the event of force majoure, such as natural catastrophes, strikes or other corresponding causes. We also reserve the right to alter routes due to road or weather conditions without prior notice. In the rare cases that there is a double booking or a good reason for moving the guest, we reserve the right to do so by providing similar accommodation or better in the same area.
The visitor stay and his activities in the house and the yard are undertaken entirely at the own risk. In the property holds no responsibility towards them should an accident occur during a stay that can be traced to their own actions, actions of other guests or factors outside of human control.
